You can’t do art without art supplies so make sure to get some crayons, markers, paints, watercolors, or colored pencils. (And don’t forget a canvas to do art on a.k.a. Paper!)
It’s best to choose an activity that will bring joy and relief to both you and your care recipient.
Play some music and choose a comfy spot to relax and immerse yourselves into the art. This is the most important part!
